All of our trucks and loaders are dispatched, all with cell phones, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Holidays.
We are fully insured including general liability and auto insurance as well as workers compensation.
We subscribe to multiple weather services giving us up to minute forecasts on weather conditions in addition to monitoring a developing storm, sometimes 7-10 days in advance of an event.
We have a team of snow removal experts along with many employees who have many years of snow management experience. All our employees are committed to service, quality and safety.
We currently service over 100 properties and satisfied customers throughout the Region.
Our equipment is “state of art”. We use snow pushers of various sizes on most sites that can clean areas quicker and more efficiently without the risk of damage and can stack the snow in areas where every parking space is premium. Our skid steer loaders give us an advantage in that they are more maneuverable on tight sites this allowing us to get within inches of obstructions without damage. We are always at the forefront of the industries newest technology.
We employ separate crews, independent from our plowing department, who are dedicated to sidewalk snow removal only, using the most modern snow blowers, brooms, sidewalk snow vehicles and de-icing products.
We maintain a large supply of salt and de-icing products throughout the snow season.
Each site is assigned an Account Manager who will be your direct point of contact and will communicate to the property’s manager before, during and after every snow event.
Providing successful snow management services require having sufficient staffing, equipment and de-icing products to handle large storms and blizzards, not just the one- or two-inch storm events. Our management team watches each snowfall and determines if salting is necessary several times to keep properties clean and free of ice.
