The Traditions at Skippack is an Active Adult Community of just under 200 homes located in Collegeville, Montgomery County, PA.

Penn has been maintaining the landscape on this site for Landscape and Turf Management since 2013. The challenges that faced the Penn Team, when we took over, were to improve the 25 acres + of Turfgrass, which was suffering from poor management and heavy weed infestation and improve the overall Landscape appearance.

With the initiation of a comprehensive Turf Application program and Mow Management program, which utilizes the proper equipment for regular maintenance, and performing cleaner & crisper Spring mulching and bed definitions; Penn was able to turn the communities Landscape and Turfgrass into a showpiece that all residents could enjoy and be proud of.
