The Riverwalk at Millennium Apartments is an upscale Apartment community in Conshohocken, PA running along the banks of the Schuylkill River. The community also backs up to the Conshohocken Rowing Center.

Penn has been maintaining the landscape and installing amenities on this site for both Landscape and Snow Management since 2013. The challenges that faced us, when we took over were to bring the site, the clubhouse and pool area up to and above standards.

Our designers came up with a comprehensive seasonal flower program for many of the high visibility areas. We also  designed and installed a sitting/lounge area and outdoor kitchen grilling area for the residents to use and enjoy, adjacent to the pool and clubhouse.

Each year, the Penn Team decorates the Clubhouse during Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas Season. Along with 3 seasonal flower changes to keep the site looking great all year.
